The app works most of the time but the biometric log in stops working way too often and usually when I'm nowhere near my list of passwords.Also I'm not allowed to make any purchase that would cause an overdraft yet any autopay gets approved even when I don't have the funds to cover it and then they tack on overdraft fees.When I want to I can't yet when I don't want it to it does it anyway.

Every month I have to call in and get my account password reset, because it will not let me log in and it says that I have entered the wrong password. Even though I have it written in my notebook. This is ridiculous, just to check my account balance. Y'all seriously need to update this app if y'all want to continue to have customers. This is very annoying and aggravating.

I used this app and loved it until they updated in October 2021. Then it quit working. I was told the app wasn't compatible with Androids and they had no fix in sight, too bad for me. I did so much banking thru mobile I will need to likely move banks entirely to someone with stronger tech support.
