I never had an issue with using this app, until it's recent update and I keep getting an error screen on the title page. I called for tech support and was told that this version is no longer compatible with my phone, and now, I have to log in on the website to have access to my accounts, which is NOT mobile friendly. My phone version is not that old, to begin with, but apparently only those with the latest phones are the only ones who are allowed to use the app now. I am not a happy customer!

Non functioning app! I can open the app with fingerprint login but the app is frozen. I can't see any transactions. This is useless. Like another user mentioned even if I could open it there isn't any real information besides the amount I spent. There should be more information. I also wish I could send money to other accounts...my other accounts or family/friends. Can't wait to pull my money from here and get a different bank.

Consistently not opening certain pages when I need to utilize them. This is one of the most plain banking websites. Pages don't open, then it wants you to enter password and user name, you do that then it says you must do it on website. I don't have time to be back and forth between app and website. It's such an inconvenience. App has to do better...
