LEAD is an international leadership training program that helps people build skills, gain confidence, and discover new opportunities. The LEAD app connects members with professional coaching, a world-class digital learning platform, and exclusive ways to set yourself apart. Earn certifications and letters of recommendation from one of America’s oldest leadership training programs. We help members turn success principles into success habits. Our app guides members through three phases:
Small Group Training facilitated by a LEAD Coach, where you can connect with other leaders from around the country.
One-on-One Training, where participants advance into personal coaching.
Ambassadors, where we help you find ways to turn theory into practice—starting in your local community.
Beyond coaching, we offer digital learning and certification opportunities. The LEAD app provides short lessons, perfect for busy members. Our leadership certifications can enhance your résumé, and our personalized letters of recommendation come from Southwestern—one of America’s oldest leadership training programs.

Can't update membership status, billing info, or users. Can't even cancel, which I am trying to do.

LEAD has given me the chance to find direction in my life, and strive towards a purpose. It's shown me how to break down goals and create action steps to help me reach them. I feel like I've become a lot more confident in the decisions that I make thanks to LEAD. As a programmer, I used to find it hard to balance my work life with my social life, and LEAD has helped me learn how to create a schedule for myself so I can get work done while still setting aside time for family and friends.
