This app never works and I'm spending a decent amount for the subscription with nothing in return. It has the potential to be a really good app for my kids to continue their learning, but it hasn't let us complete one lesson in over 2 months. It consistently lags and when we get to a lesson, a pop up tells us something is wrong and takes us back to the beginning. very frustrating.

I've come to the conclusion this is a scam because I have reached out multiple times to their help department, they do the usual please redownload it, they said they escalated the issue has been fixed. I honestly wished I never paid for this app 🙄 I've been stating it's not worked since day 1 which was July 23rd. July!!!

I have tried changing my password multiple times, but getting a message saying my account cannot be verified. and I am not able to log into the advantage4kids website. this had been a frustrating experience and in mh opinion the 48 hour email response time is way too long for the money ive given this company. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
