This app is an invasion of my privacy, you cannot even use it without giving it full access to the phone. Why do you need to manage my calls, or stotage? What does my network have to do with the service provided by you? If I cannot utilize your online banking then I have no need for your service at all
Everything was mostly fine until the update in which they removed almost all the credit card features. Now, if I want to check my credit card balance or make payments, I have to long into the full website. This was a bad move on an otherwise not bad mobile banking app.
Mobile check deposit doesn't work with the Galaxy Note 8. The app takes the photo as soon as the check is visible on the screen, no time to line it up and get it all in. This needs to be fixed before I can use this feature with my new phone.
I wanted to change my phone number. I called to customer service and talked almost 30 minutes that she asked me thousand question for security. now I loged in my account for transfer fands but I could not transferred coz the customer service agent didn't changed my phone number. It was very important. I will close the account.
This app does not show accurate funds. You have to go into the full account overview to see your accurate balance. Also Santander has excessive overdraft but not as bad as other Banks. They hold your checks way to long after deposit causing overdraft fee!
