Alot of problems I'm editing my orginal review after getting this update. First of all its hard to see the breakdown of charges. It's very confusing. Also, with the old version I never had trouble depositing checks. But the new version won't give my phone a chance to focus before it snaps a picture so every time is blurry.
Unable to login Happy to see the app get a modern look, but when I go to type in my security question answer it isn't accecpting spaces as characters, which has locked me out of my account. The app is no good if it makes logging in an impossible experience for users. Anyone else experiencing this?
Great job at isolating a class of users!!! I can "SEE" why many may like the new look and feel. However, for me as a low-vision person the landscape view with split screen can be confusing requires excessive left/right scanning not that unlike to a tennis match. Nice work thinning out the vision impaired.
New update sucks! Now I can't see CC purchases before last week and no pending transactions. Thinking of getting a new bank.
Update After the update I finally feel like I'm banking in the 21rst century. The old UI was terrible, thank you so much for putting in the effort to show your customers you actually care about our experience.
Update is missing pending transactions The app looks great with the new update but pending transactions seem to be missing, the old app was broken out into pending and posted fix this and it will be near perfect
