Doesn't calculate distance and doesn't share it with Google fit. It would be very easy to calcultate it since you know the speed and workout time. It's not practical to have to enter the distance manually in Google fit every time. Also we can't create an account which there is no synchronization with multiple devices
Developers I like the app very much but one thing that lets it down; there is no time in between the warm up and jogging to set any inclines or speed on a treadmill as the jogging clock starts straight after the warm up. Change this and I will be happy to give it five stars.
with all my stats entered weight,age and resting heart rate at "beginner" this app wants to run me till i run out of breath. from what i've read you calculate your fat burning zone at 220 - age x .60% min to .70% max, my min is 106 max 123 for fat burning if that's correct. this app is taking me way over that. warm-up alone wants 122-133 bpm. I've gone through the trouble of looking at too many app this one seems to make the most sense but I think the targeted BPM are too high for fat burning from what I've gleaned online. fyi i couldn't do the beginner without taking breaks, which isn't the best. Pls Fix!
Really good, got me more excited about running on the treadmill
I have been looking for an app that would help me remember my semi complex routine. This allows me to input my own training program. Definitely worth a cup of coffee, but need to use it for a while before 5 stars and lunch or dinner. Wish the rate and Incline were larger, maybe in the timer area, so it's easier to see what I should be setting them to each minute. Keep up the good work.
