This is a very good app! The OTP issue was solved as soon as I set my registered mobile number as default for the messaging in the Default SIM settings. However, I would give 3 Stars instead of 5 because this is not a proper solution and the OTP should be received when the registered mobile number is in slot1 and the messaging is set to Always ask. Hope this will be improved soon.
Very slow & cumbersome most customer unfriendly App had hell of problems before so uninstalled it after months tried installing again it's loading from an hour What else can one expect from its Monstrous Nationalised Banks. Earlier they are privatized the Better for the Nation
This app has some serious issues. I am not able to get my otp for registration. But The technical staff want care the customer care are and banking staff is unaware how to solve issues. Pathetic bank. No one care to address my issue. 2) need a help i am not able to receive OTP i went at all but I am not getting my answer. Any one listening??
It's good app only, i feel otp problem is not related to app and it is mobile related issue. But worst part of this app is, it ask to authenticate app with every change in the Sim card and even when you travel from state to state. With every new entry to different state you have to loose Rs. 1.50. So got irritated and uninstalling this app also it's difficult to authenticate every time.
The worst banking app I have ever seen. Cannot even register in the app. Whenever I tried to activate the app I get a message in phone that "your activation request is failed due to invalid details. Please try again later" even though all the details enter are correct. I lost my money for the SMS trying to activate this worst app many times. And the toll free number of Canara Bank is also worst . Our call never gets connected to any bank official. They answering machine make us to hold the call for few minutes and the call gets disconnected automatically.
No option to save the beneficiary details while doing fund transfer. Every time we have to fill the details. No option to see the details of the transfer done. Once the transfer is done , we can't even find out to whom it was transferred. I had used other banking applications of other banks and they are far more better than this in everyway
