Very Good after updation The app performs smoothly after its updation. UI also upto date. Keep it up. TD Enquiry option shows error "Please check your network". Pls fix that. Suggesting improvements in few areas: 1. Idea & MTS Recharge options required 2. Incorporate Credit Card statement viewing option. Canara Bank doesn't provide option to view Credit Card statement in Net Banking also (The option in Canara Bank website always shows security error).
App is miles better after the update.. Good job DIT. The interface is much more user friendly than the previous one. This was the kind of update we all desperately needed for the previous app. But the app is still not the best one out there. Plenty of options missing like credit card services, NEFT, RTGS. It would be better if the beneficiaries are synchronised with Internet banking. Please remove the limitation of having only 5 beneficiaries max for fund transfers.
Very good app. Quite handy. Would be better if it could provide Mini Statement for upto 10 transactions WITH NARRATION. In manage self account , I've linked my 2 two accounts , but unable to link my new account ( all accounts opened with one customer id)
Superb app This new Mob Banking app is fantastic...!! So many new things added when compared to the old one... The most imp thing is this app is very user friendly... Prof pic option made this app is attractive... But in the Mob recharge option other network provider like idea also to be added.. Also windows and Black berry platforms need to develope.. Congrats to the entire team who developed this new app...
Disappointed!!! unable to enter my abroad mobile number as the mobile column accept only 10 digits. But my abroad mobile number is registered with Bank & I sm getting my OTP & notification SMD already. Is there any one to help us in this regard to extend the mobile number column to atleast 15 digit. IT guys think & upgrade the apps CANMOBILE
Mobile number verifying 1)It is irritating verification of Mobile number every time and charges SMS cost by network. 2) registered Mobile number sim should be inserted in first slot only in double sim phones. It is too irritating. Please solve these problems. Other banks mobile apps working good. Canara bank team should work on these problems.
