Hey!! Keeping your APP upto date is good, but it takes hell a lot of time to open an updated app moreover we need app to be simpler and easy to access. Costing rupee 1.50 for an SMS to get an OTP is a new approach though. Please try to get a sweet spot for customers to get this APP familier where even senior citizens could also use it without any trouble. Thank you, sry for a long request review
whenever u ppl give updates it starts to trouble us. how much tym it takes to open, after updating d app i cud nt able to do single transaction. Better give an option to upload screen shots here, v ll tel u hw many time it deducts our balance to verify nd then after it simply shows " sms could not be read. please wait for sms and enter it manually."
I know this is very fastest app service to transfer money compare to any other app I have used. But sometimes I need to change sim 1 to sim 2 and vice versa, that time I need to verify by using mobile number and have to get OTP and lost 1 rupee for every time of login.. This is the only problem I'm facing ever more than 3 years
I love this bank for its services. Off late instead of improvising you r compromising in quality of service. I felt this was one of the best apps.... But now I am sorry to say it troubles us. Very slow processor. Kost of the times it asks for mobile verification. Many banks have authorization process with INB. Please do something for better performance. Thank you
Too slow. Moreover after updating the app the registered beneficiaries were missing. Please check the apps of other banks like HDFC, ICICI Citi Bank and incorporate their good features, then there's a worth. The present app is not so good. Please have a relook on this app, but without having a look pls don't tell we'll explain you how to use the app, please check your net connectivity & phone compatibility, etc etc.
After the last update I havent able to login to the account. Its is continously asking to verify the mobile no which is already verified. And asking to type OTP, which i am not at all getting for the last two months(I have the alrrady given mobile no on Sim slit one which has enough balance to send all those messages. Still now I havent received a single OTP.
