this app is difficult to use, and when you call for assistance, you get very little to no help! being unfamiliar with the town or routes, they should be able to help assist a new rider. not just say go to the app and basically good luck!!!

zero star rating for the past couple of days everyone complaining the drivers pasting our stop taking us on 40 minutes to a hour ride which is crazy refusing to let us off because off because of a new system that is in place. it was good before let the drivers drop us off has it was before who ever came up with the new system don't know what there or doing. it's the worst rite now 🙄

I had to use bayway flex app. it took me to where I needed to go to. work and other places. it was great.
