as a person that depends on that, I was told that they no longer have my name in the system nor my address or phone number . little use of my legs, and can't get to CVS pharmacy because they no longer have me in their system I don't know what their complete malfunction is but it is definitely in their junction. the Driver Michelle and Denise are horrendous and perhaps find some customer service skills some ethical skills and or find some other type of work

Not sure what's going on but I have been unable to use this app since the beginning of the month. I try to log in and it tells me the user is archived. I have no idea what that even means but hopefully I can get it working because I really depend on this service.
