Very disappointed! Used "schedule" function to schedule a pick up at 1:45 pm, and showed arrival time between 1:45 and 1:54. After I left the app, somehow that reservation got cancelled. When rescheduled, it showed driver would arrive in about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, still NO bus! Thus, MISSED my appointment!! App needs the following improvements: 1. An email notification to confirm the scheduling. 2. In Account, a "Schedule" tab to view scheduled ride 3. Fix "Help", not working

This app is a waste and a representation of a small town mentality of trying to evolve with the times but failed. I downloaded the app and there was still no fare passes available. I refuse to share my personal bank card info because the app doesn't instill confidence of keeping my private information secure. When the bus arrived the driver told me I had to get a digital pass from the website or he will not allow us on the bus. Why isn't the digital bus pass not available on the application??

I've been using this for months. Last week, it it asked me to log on with my phone # to send me a verification code. It never did. I've been trying almost daily to log on. I've uninstalled it twice now. I can't get any help either. The Citibus website refers me to the app. This is very bad. I can't spend $25 a day for Lyfts 5 days a week. If this gets fixed, I'll change my review. I've been happy with it so far.
