Why do the drivers pull into office? oh yea I can't walk too far, yet the bus just sat there. Never tried to find me. When he called rang twice, you cant call them back! Took 3 hours to get to airport. Almost missed my plane!

The app is wonky and resets the date and or time sometimes. It needs to show the date and time before proceeding to booking your ride. In addition, on occasion where that occurred I was forced to cancel both trips and privately book an Uber at my own expense. On my way to my appointment I still had your app up, and noticed your app was tracking my ride that I booked privately. That IS A PRIVACY BREACH! Whoever your developers are, needs to be held accountable for that.
