sometimes my house is in the blue zone and some times it isn't. because of this, I can't book half the time. super frustrating. also the option for future trips doesn't always show up.

Doesn't work most of the time. If all immediate rides are currently booked, then future rides can't be scheduled. Doesn't show you if your rides are scheduled to be paid with card until an hour before your ride. The app works so inconsistently that you need to call their support line to schedule rides - and they aren't allowed to schedule with credit card more than a week in the future + they can't change the payment on already-scheduled rides from cash to card. At least the people are nice.
