it's a bare-bones app. when making an appointment for dial-a-ride , Auburn on demand or arrow, the clock you use to schedule resets top of every minute. so in the middle of making an appointment, if you're not fast enough, the clock will reset date and time to current,forcing you to start over... IF you catch it in time. placer county is a joke.

Having trouble getting the date and time to stick. After I finally get it, the app says it is busy, try again later. How can an app be busy? The trip is a week away.

I booked a ride for an appointment I had on Friday, going there was fine, I went to my appointment and got it done and I also had a ride back, it said the Driver was going to be there in 3 minutes at 3:29, I start heading out and see it's already there, I wave at the bus and then it starts to leave, I know Drivers can only wait 2 minutes but it still said 3 on the app and then the driver put cancelled and it said driver waited 5 minutes, I was left distraught and crying, luckily I did get home
