The ui is too confusing compared to the old app. When booking a ride there was a huge blue marker which i walked to. Turns out, the app was telling me to start walking from there to a different location, DIFFERENT from the location i had booked, which was an active bus stop. Theres no way to provide feedback on reasonings behind missed rides like the old app. The new vans they use are uncomfortable to sit in too. Overall, this app is a mess.

The pickup and drop-off points are a little finicky. Fox example my gym. If I input the address it will drop me off at the large intersection which is a 5-10 min walk even if the van is going in the direction of the gym. If I move the pin manually I can get dropped off right in front. Wish it was like back when it started: a corner intersection or bus stop was a dropoff point.

It somehow keeps charging me for rides I never even confirmed to begin with. You guys got to fix that asap because that is unacceptable. I will have to talk with my bank to dispute those certain charges apart from the ones I've actually requested.
