Intuitive app that functions a lot like Uber's app. Drivers are friendly & for the most part their on time performance is good. Rides are provided in wheelchair equipped sprinter vans, not the cutaway buses they use in their fixed routes (out of what I've seen so far there). The cost is shown on the app which is a little pointless because it's a free service to riders (paid for by VT taxpayers but you get it), but it does allow riders to give driver feedback which is also very helpful. 4/5 š
