this is an excellent service by the MBTA, addresses mobility issues for riders with great options. very flexible, App quality Review additional information: Has a lot of bugs, especially editing home address and mail address or anything to do with notifications (changes don't apply or initialise upon every field change) same goes to how notifications are chosen to be received (text/email). please address these issues on your coming releases

Can't even log in, I enter password or phone number and it punts me "you have been logged out" or "verification code has already been recently sent" when neither of those are true.

App is constantly claiming that the vehicle has arrived when it hasn't. It should be the driver's requirement to contact the passenger when they arrived. Artificial intelligence doesn't have common sense like actual intelligent.
