I want to like this app, but it constantly freezes and the features are really inconsistent. Sometimes you can select "pay by cash" and other times, that option just isn't there, which forces the user to call PSTA directly instead, bc it's not an issue when you call. But the app freezing up is by far the worst. It functions like the app was designed in the early 2000's... I hope they fix that soon...

You have to work with this app a whole lot to get it to work it has bugs and problems and is incompatible with many phones and even if it's compatible if you work with it enough it should work sooner or later. Leave the app installed on your phone and everytime the app downloads and installs a update work with the settings on it and hopefully it will work to book rides sooner or later. Important to note set the app to draw over other apps to get it to work. No guarantees on that working. Thanks.

I can not stand the new price hikes and the fact that psta mod counts every ride you take. To much like big brother watching Should be able to switch profiles on the app . Can't do it! I can handle the extra 1.00 price hike, gate the ride counting and extra charge for miles May as well take a regular Uber!
