What it does, it does fairly well. What it tries to do, it does poorly. It doesn't tell users when their pickup address is outside the service area, so you may wonder why you are walking 15 minutes to the nearest pickup point. The trip routing feature is also broken, it presumes you have to catch a bus before or after the RideMICRO to get where you are going, it will dutifully ask you to wait for a bus for half an hour rather than telling you can walk there in a couple of minutes.
