Service is great and a lifesaver for me. The app itself needs work, it can be unreliable. For some reason, you can't schedule on-demand rides with Tanya even if you select next available. It only allows you to schedule rides 45 minutes in advance it seems. Going to try scheduling a ride for a shorter time to see if that fixes it. Mind you this issue only happens with Tanya for some reason. Not sure if the app is out of date for her or something.
