Don’t count on the app. It started off fine but ended in a mess. I made it to my destination, but getting back was a nightmare. They called an Uber for me, but it never showed. They offered another, but it would take an hour and a half to arrive and might cancel like the 1st one. I had just given plasma nearby, so walking five miles home wasn’t a good option. I tried finding a bus near DeSoto Bank, but there were none running. Overall, it’s not a service you can depend on when you really need it

Horrible 😔 This App is terrible. Bus Service is Horrible, you guys needs to go back to the drawing board with this one. Buses don't show up especially in Saturday, make a ride on Friday for Saturday. A No Show. Not able to call Customer Service on weekends.The App is useless , took away the ability to see where the bus is . Mind you this is Not a Free Service. The farther you go , the more the Cost. Also some drivers are terrible drivers. Star is Unreliable .

I use this and they picked me up late and I had to call to see where they was and the guy was very rude I don't know why they even have this because whenever I call they don't have anything available I still have to call for an Uber just ridiculous and s waist of time call no matter where you going I even had a doctor's appointment and they still didn't have anything available so disappointing.
