I don't know what happened but all of a sudden the app became unusable. Just before booking a ride it asks for two selections from a drop down menu and no matter how I click it, the menu doesn't register my clicks and doesn't open. restarted phone, uninstalled and re-installed app, force closed it, nothing

This app continues to get worse with each update. The most recent update has made the app unusable at times with how long it takes to load, and getting through to scheduling over the phone can take 20+ minutes. There are clearly not enough micro transit drivers in killeen. During the day, wait times can be over an hour, often times more. I get that it is a free app and the cheapest transport you can get, but the implementation of this doesn't seem to be too well thought out.

As far as FREE transportation goes on a massive installation this is amazing. The fact that the service is basically understaffed and under equipped is the only real issue. Order your rides early or pre set your rides to be on time. Have a realistic outlook while using this service, this is not uber and you are not the only person requesting or receiving a ride. Amazing and friendly drivers. The app itself definitely needs some work though.
