Ratings and reviews

You get spammed by users who don't read your profile and just send messages to everyone, even ones that are way above your budget. They delete your chats and quickly, so if you want to have a record of what you've talked about with your landlord or tenant, take a screenshot of all your messages. The (male) landlord I found on the app turned out to be a liar and who even harassed me. The app didn't provide a way to report him. Doesn't seem like they care about your security.

It works really well and with great customer support. I have used this many times & never fails to find me new renters.
