Ratings and reviews

For some reason, the app is not recognized on my phone and because of that I don't have notifications. I have gone to the settings and turned notifications on, but no luck. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, it's just not working. I have missed messages because of this. It doesn't even email me every time either. If the app was built to not have notifications, then it's a cheating app.

Absolutely terrible interface, subscription and runaround for reimbursement. The first red flag was that I could not sign up for 3-month subscription without it being on auto-renewal. Second, there aren't as many features on the app as there are on the website. You can't deny a match without also blocking them. Third, I decided to cancel the subscription within Less than 3 days and got the runaround between Christian mingle and Google. It appears they purposefully make it difficult to cancel.

I thought that at least some of the other reviews must surely be exaggerated. Well, the app forces all images to be cropped badly, all of the profile boxes where I can write my info have a 'save' button that does not work so I literally cannot complete my profile, my height has been automatically set to the wrong number and I am not allowed to change it without contacting support, and my very first match was a person from over 500 miles away. Definitely not going to be paying for this.
