About this app

MumTrafficapp is for communication between citizens of Mumbai and Mumbai traffic authorities.
Traffic police authority send traffic alerts, challan notification where as citizen send violations and incidences on road with evidences, exact date-time and lat-long.
App facilitates viewing traffic education material and payment of traffic challans. While installing the app, a user must register himself/ herself using his/her mobile number.

Ratings and reviews

While posting a violation the app is too strict about number entry, not allowing upload at later time, not allowing small letters, not allowing posting without description. All parameters are compulsory. In the time it takes to post a complaint, I have been threatened by vehicle owners and many times fear for my life. What's the use of the app if I cannot post a violation without putting myself in danger? There should be a post later option which can be actioned by your team based on clarity.

Earlier there was option of reporting violation of traffic rules within the app. Its removed, please add the option soon as possible.

why was Report Traffic Violation removed in the latest update... that was one of helpful features and you removing it only shows how you are not serious about it.
