Much more than a calorie counter Enjoying the breakdown of macros and key micros. Seems very comprehensive and I definitely need reminders throughout the day.
Very good app I really like the spark people app..easy to track..large data base for foods & exercises. One thing i would like to see is that for people who count carbs it would calculate the net carbs by subtracting fiber & sugar alcohols.
Update app has been working great lately. Old review: Sparkpoint wheel does not work in sparkpoint section but works on home screen. Otherwise great app. Much easier than old one.
Easy to use and provides a great breakdown of what nutrients, fats, cholesterol, etc you're getting from the foods you're eating. Thoughts on things to improve... Would like to have the ability to delete a "favorite" food (in case it's added by mistake). Would also like a sugars category added to the nutrition report.
Very easy to use Intuitive app that takes about a minute to enter each meal (so no excuses about calorie counting being too time consuming). I like the notifications if you don't enter a meal (keeping me accountable). For those who don't like the notifications, they can be turned off.
Wtf Missing exercises. And BTW not everyone is a fat obese person, some people want to GAIN weight u don't even add that option.
