You can't change your starting weight even if you just guessed because you didn't own a scale yet! That's the only reason I gave it A 4 instead of 5 the rest of the app is pretty damn good/great
I've used this app before. It helps you keep on track. You know when you've eaten all you should. Thing is you need to keep doing it even after you reach your goal or the weight might creep back on like it did for me.
I can't give a real review as email login doesn't work on my Samsung tab A, and I won't log into anything with Facebook. I've used the SparkPeople website and liked it so thought I'd give the app a try. Using another fitness/nutrition app now with no problem.
They have been advertising even though I'm a paid Premium member. I've been telling them for 2 months and they won't stop. I paid so I don't get ads. I don't like being lied to. Do you?!
Good app. Track calorie, fat, protein and carb intake easily. Can update weight loss but nothing for strength and muscle development that I've seen so far. Articles are informative and the people are very supportive.
It's not a very intuitive app. There's no easy way to change your current weight. It seems like you have to go online on a computer to do most of the functionality that you need. All the app seems to do is track food and exercise
