I found it was very user friendly and told me a range for how many calories I needed. As I added my meals and food throughout the day it kept track of how many more calories I had left for the day to stay on traxk for my goal. I love that you can scroll through and find the exact brand of what you're eating or drinking, down to the correct brand! (They even had Papa John's pizza for cheat day, which I wasn't expecting!) I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
Lots of Help I used the old app several years ago but moved to an area with slow internet service so I quit using it. But now that I have moved I decided to try it again. All of the updates have helped to make this App even MORE user friendly. The good thing about this app is that you can individualize it to meet your needs. It also allows you to access articles and support. This app is a great tool to use that aids in your weight loss. I have recommended it to friends.
So easy I love this app. Most foods are already entered in the system so you don't have to go searching for calorie count. Gives you a daily recommended calorie goal based on how much weight you want to lose or gain and tells you how many calories left until you reach that goal for the day. Even has an exercise tracker so you can keep track of how many calories you've burned. With tips and tricks and an incredibly friendly community, I couldn't have asked for more.
Life changing Great app. Exactly what I needed to get some control and discipline over my eating habits. I have only used it for less than two weeks, but I've lost weight and my blood sugar numbers are looking better. There are a lot of features on this app I haven't used. I use the main ones like tracking what I eat, water intake and exercise. I highly recommend this app if you need help controlling your weight and/or blood sugar levels.
Best calorie counter This is such a great app! It is a lot more user friendly than the other two major calorie counting apps I've tried. It's just easier and faster to track everything. The barcode to enter unlisted foods works great as well. The new update took care of the only issue I previously had, which was intrusive ads while tracking foods. I find the app easier to use compared to the website, which has too many ads. I'll probably just pay the $5/month fee to get them removed and also to support the developers.
The best ever!! I love this app. It's way better than the others. You can do so much and majority of it is free!! Like the community and having the option to add on friends and write and reply to blogs. The other apps you have to pay for that but totally free with spark. Then the bonus is if you have a fit bit, or other similar devices you can connect them to spark. I tried just about all the calerie and fitness apps like fitness pal, lose it, fit bit app and a few others but none of them compare to this one. Totally great

In this version, we quashed a few, small bugs and improved the functionality and design of the app. Now, it’s easier to manually add foods, see nutritional breakdowns for individual meals, and use hashtags. You can also now delete: favorites, groupings, exercise favorites, and if you press and hold down on an item in your food log, you can delete that too!
