It is better than most and easy to use. However most of the nutrion data is posted by other members and not by trusted sources. The recommended calories is confusing. An example, the calorie range range for myself is 1200 to 1500 calories
I have been using this app for about a week and a half and I am obsessed with logging my meals and recognizing the calorie count in the foods I eat. In turn I have been able to cut my calorie count and I'm down 8.5 pounds. The only thing I would change is the ability to adjust the calorie count in some foods or their nutritional facts because not all are spot on, semi-close though.
I can't believe how easy this makes keeping track of the food I eat! You would think logging all the foods you eat would be a pain in the buttocks, this app makes all that easy peasy! Super easy search finds whatever you are eating from a bazillion other users that have already put the data in for you. Then it becomes obvious what to tweak to fix your food intake. Love it!
It tracks everything you eat but if you are looking for a healthy snack and don't know what to eat it doesn't give you choices. You have to figure it out on you're own. That's frustrating when you don't know enough.
Started off really well - 10 seconds and then went downhill. Don't even bother writing that it's slow.
This app is pretty dope. It definitely helps with counting the calories you've eaten and burned.
