Very good app I really like the spark people app..easy to track..large data base for foods & exercises. One thing i would like to see is that for people who count carbs it would calculate the net carbs by subtracting fiber & sugar alcohols.
Update app has been working great lately. Old review: Sparkpoint wheel does not work in sparkpoint section but works on home screen. Otherwise great app. Much easier than old one.
Very easy to use Intuitive app that takes about a minute to enter each meal (so no excuses about calorie counting being too time consuming). I like the notifications if you don't enter a meal (keeping me accountable). For those who don't like the notifications, they can be turned off.
Very informative Love the site. Wish u could put in ur own receipe and it would give u all the info on it, calories, sugar, etc. It may have it I just haven't checked out everything yet.easy to learn process.
app is ok, it would be better to be able to edit/add notes to the day like i am able to when on a PC. it is very annoying that it is not available on the app
Really a great way to be accountable I love tracking now, so much easier with the ability to scan UPC's, and fitbit tracking.
