Almost perfect! I would love to see a shopping list to go along with the weeks of meal options. Right now my reservation with starting this 30 day challenge is i have no idea what i am supposed too but at the grocery. One additional suggestion is to allow us the ability to share the articles. We, your customers, would be able to promote this site and eventually your website. I have been a huge advocate of sparkpeople but sometimes I have issues sharing your recipes and articles with others.
Yay! ... booo The meals look good - but no calorie counts are given, so how could you possibly know if meals are too much or little for your own program?! And there is no link-up to Spark People diet trackers, as there should be, to allow quick logging of meals. This app misses its potential.
Going to uninstall Good articles and some recipes but without calories on the meals this is useless. How do I know if the meal fits into my plan? Also, the lunch ideas are crazy. How am I supposed to make those meals at work? A plan that is realistic for working people is needed.
No option given for vegetarian I've been eating vegetarian and I'm not seeing a way to change this to vegetarian. It doesn't link to my sparkpeople account
