It has a layout that is very unintuitive. Requires you to turn on GPS to jump to your closest store unless you want to be scrolling for a good while to find it manually. They also make you go over to an unnecessary shopping tab instead of allowing you to search various items and add them to your cart from the main tab. Overall, it's poorly done.

The app doesn't allow me to get help, or redeem points. In fact when I click on 3 lines the only options available are to update profile, set store preference or add new rewards card number. I thought we could redeem points for gas discount at QuikTrip stations but I cannot find anyway to view or redeem reward points. Why don't the other options work?! DISAPPOINTED

Great app, easy to use and saves a bunch of time by not having to spend an hour or more in the store shopping aisle by aisle. Perfect for someone like me who has physical disabilities. Just order, wait until u get the confirmation text that your order is ready to head to the store. Then u just have to wait in one of the designated spots, call them or use the app to alert them u are there and they bring it all right to your vehicle. If u get the yearly subscription the cost is minimal per order.
