When I started using this app in 2020 it was fantastic, easy to use, quick, clear. Since the latest "update" it has been totally useless. I can't create a list without the cumbersome online shopping feature. When I contacted service to complain it was suggested that a delete, reinstall would fix the problem. It didn't.

It has a layout that is very unintuitive. Requires you to turn on GPS to jump to your closest store unless you want to be scrolling for a good while to find it manually. They also make you go over to an unnecessary shopping tab instead of allowing you to search various items and add them to your cart from the main tab. Overall, it's poorly done.

Can not clip coupons! This is been going on now for a week, every time you try to clip a coupon it just basically says that the digital coupons or not available and something about the system might be down I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it that didn't resolve it and I've messaged the developer twice! This app is useless to me without the coupons! 11/2024-since app has updated when you clip coupons the disappear, so you clip your coupons you get to check out and proof gone!
