**Update 6/8/26** Despite my review 8 months ago and emailing SpartanNash directly about the problems with their app, it has gotten WORSE! Now the app hardly ever wants to work, freezes and crashes when attempting to load entire sections, and doesn't have accurate information at least 20% of the time! Very difficult to use. App is extremely slow when it wants to work, which it doesn't half the time. Clipped coupons don't always post to the account, and the app is very awkward to navigate.

app would not show the ad so uninstalled and reinstalled. forgot password so went through that process. had to get on the computer to finish the process and once completed went to log back into the app only to keep getting an error message. even uninstalled and reinstalled again to no avail. the app is great when it works, but it's hit and miss lately.

It has a layout that is very unintuitive. Requires you to turn on GPS to jump to your closest store unless you want to be scrolling for a good while to find it manually. They also make you go over to an unnecessary shopping tab instead of allowing you to search various items and add them to your cart from the main tab. Overall, it's poorly done.
