The app does not work for me, can't buy tickets or open any links before timing out ...installed to help plan trip...hope this is not indication of quality of the aquarium! Can't believe this is the best available in 2018!!!
This is an example of a poor design for user experience. The login page is not intuitive. There is no ability to upload already purchased tickets, which by the way is promised on the PDF received with the tickets. Start by fixing the login experience and literally read the reviews below, identify the top 5 most common problems and address them over the next 60 days. Once fixed, go back to the reviews and identify the next to 5 issues. Perhaps, you could reach out to your current mobile experience users and all them to evaluate the app.
Map is lame and completely unusable. Need to be clearer and more useable.
How do you log in?
My ticket says I can load my tickets into the app, the main reason people download it. Yet thats not an option? What am I missing?
App is worthless can not import tickets.
Not able to load purchased tickets
Bug fixes and performance improvements. Tickets and memberships will return once an issue in our ticketing system is corrected.
