This App has been a horrible experience! After finally getting it to work long enough to get my tickets ordered and paid for, the times that showed up in my mobile tickets are not the times I ordered at all!! Then, there is absolutely no way to contact anyone to fix the problem. I need to arrive at Aquarium between 9am&930am and my tickets say after 5pm. Totally unacceptable! My only option is to show up at 830am and hope the Georgia Aquarium will fix the mistake.
Nothing worked! In the Dining section it has offers but no follow through . For instance one part said show this barcode for 10% off but there was no barcode shown
Downloaded for the schedule, all the times were wrong.
It would not even allow me to sign in. It kept showing send to email, then cleared the screen and showed send to email again.
None of the webcams load
This is an example of a poor design for user experience. The login page is not intuitive. There is no ability to upload already purchased tickets, which by the way is promised on the PDF received with the tickets. Start by fixing the login experience and literally read the reviews below, identify the top 5 most common problems and address them over the next 60 days. Once fixed, go back to the reviews and identify the next to 5 issues. Perhaps, you could reach out to your current mobile experience users and all them to evaluate the app.
