Ratings and reviews

Very poor functionality. Many of the links don't work, information about attractions is outdated, and the map doesn't include many new features. Linking your membership should be a cool feature, but the process isn't intuitive and requires you to check in at guest services anyways; really not providing any convenience there. The app requires access to phone storage/camera/location that it absolutely doesn't need for the limited features it offers. Lots of potential, but very poorly executed.

This app isn't helpful at all. As a avid Omaha zoo goer, I have never once used this app to better my experience. The map is incredibly outdated as there has been a LOT of construction on zoo property and many new AMAZING attractions that aren't shown on map. It is basic info that is easily obtained from the website too. More often than not when I have tried to use the app while in the zoo it doesn't load properly anyway. Save your data and storage space on your phone for something else.

It no longer works since the last update, keeps crashing.
