Mr. Bill Collector I like the app. Except for the fact that it constantly shoves your bill in your face. If I want to know my balance I can click on that option. Get it off of the home screen. Makes me and others feel like your cash cows instead of people.
Good app for what I need it for As a bill paying app it definitely serves its purpose well and other than a few technical issues (sometimes has trouble loading or crashes) here and there I haven't had any real problems with it.
Great app Let's you pay bill, reset modem and check usage and helps diagnose any problems that can be fixed via app or will connect you to customer service who I've used and are super helpful.
Pretty happy camper I do like that I can see my usage and pay my bill so easily. I haven't had to have anyone come out so I don't know how well that part works in the app.
Technical Difficulties The app always says it is experiencing technical difficulties when I try to contact a service representative. Also, very slow.
Rediculous The app is as unreliable as the service mediacom delivers. Horrible service. Decades behind in upgrades. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEDIACOM SERVICE
