Useful and clear I'll be honest, my bar was pretty low based on the various customer websites I've navigated with Mediacom. This was a pleasant surprise: billing, past statements, outage info, internet usage, and contacting customer service all in one place. I'm never getting on the website again if I can help it! 4/5 for loading screens between sections.
It's ok. Since I have to refresh my signal to my modem every other day, it's nice that I can do it on the app, but it doesn't update bills. They mess up and I was credited for it, but it doesn't show the correction. When you look up a bill, it's just your monthly bill. Would be nice if you could just look up your account so you are able to see current changes and details and not have to call or wait for next month's bill to make sure corrections were made correctly.
Bug fix fail... So apparently "bug fixes" in this latest update mean "We're going to make your account secure by removing your account info and not letting you log back in again. Ever." Just when I thought this app couldn't get any worse, they break it completely. Such a waste of 1s and 0s. Life is too short for bad apps.
This app is o.k. I can normally do what I need to do. Freezes at times. If my cable and Internet worked this well I would be much happier. Cable and Internet work intermittently. I have had multiple service calls and still have problems. I agree with Consumers Reports review, not very good service.
Useful app, poorly executed. The old layout of the app was so much better. The app is slow to load, generally unresponsive. I only use to check outage information and pay my bill. Its a nightmare for anything else.
From what I've used, basically bill pay and check internet usage, it has worked efficiently. Other features, such as outage information, I cannot comment on.
