I've been having some issues with my chromecast recently. For some reason YouTube videos look terrible now, really poor quality low resolution picture and occasionally unsynced audio. Anything else I stream looks fine like Netflix etc, just seems to happen with YouTube. Wanted to check my speed and this app seems to work well. Using Ookla on my phone reports a speed of around 70-80mbps, and using this apps shows the chromecast with a speed of 35mbps which should be more than enough to run YouTube in HD right? So I'm none the wiser as to what is causing this issue. Chromecast is in the same place where it has been for about 3 years now and I've never had any problems until about a month ago. I don't understand. It's very frustrating. This app seems great though.

The resulted speedlink is only displayed in the Chromecast itself. It would have been great to have the result inside the app that's casting. for example I initially thought the speedtest was unsuccessful because I was not looking directly at the screen it was casting since inside the app there's no visual indication it was working. Also would be nice to have a longer test (30sec or 1min) for a more concrete result instead of just a short test (5 sec).

Doesn't work. Tried, didn't work same as most other reviews. I left a review saying the same. Dev went and posted the same response about some server issue all over the negative reviews. It might be, so I tried again. Same exact result, says loading, puts a big picture, but blank white box across the middle horizontally.. Used Chromecast Ultra. Doesn't work. I wish it did.
