Great coffee, awful app. I've been going to Press for 5 years since I moved to the valley. The app used to be a lot smoother, it now takes up to 20min to load. Now there's no longer reward points for ordering through the app. All in all, I think the current app needs to be scratched for something that can be used in conjunction with the pos in store. So that way those of us who are loyal can have a greater experience ei bring back the rewards points. Again keep the coffee, ditch the app.
Love their coffee, but the app just doesn't work 80% of the time. Doesn't matter if phone signal is good/bad or I connect or disconnect from wifi. It gets hung up when you try to go to a screen and sits there until you have to close it and start over. :( Super frustrating because the point of it is to save time and it wastes time instead.

The app is wonderful, when it actually works. Half the time when I open it, it's just reloading and no option to order. Also would be nice to be able to add notes to an order.
