First 2 times was really great - fuss free. Service staff even gave me a care call and I gave them great feedback. However, disappointing 3rd time. Appointment was randomly cancelled and delayed multiple times without prior knowledge. When I called, the staff just told me there were no other slots - but I had booked it at 7am in the morning (it doesn't make sense mine got pushed from 10am to 1230pm, then to 430pm). Asked to cancel and staff told me the wrong method to do so. Unprofessional.

Medicine were delivered much later than committed time range. When the invoice was sent, I've reached out several times on email, dialled your call center and no one ever rectified the correct charge on invoice. Does anyone check the contact mailbox at all? When someone did called me every time, they said the same thing that they will get the finance team look into it. I'm surprised this is how the business is being managed.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite the doctor assuring me that a medical certificate (MC) would be issued, I've been waiting for over 10 hours and still haven't received it. The chat service and helpline number have also been unresponsive. Even though I paid the fee in advance, the overall experience has been far below average.
