Ratings and reviews

The idea behind Speedhome is good. However, this app is terrible. It has a filter feature, but it doesn't work properly. It brings you a result outside of your query. And another issue is that most of the units listed on the app are either rented out or their landlords do not want to rent them out to some races.

The concept is ok, but I have a problem with this Alicia who's working on our chat. Tenant and I are trying to sort out one issue at the house which I hope speedfix will come and sort it out, but Alicia just send the problem over to me. What's the point of this Protect Plus other than maybe the rental fee cover? ( Which I'm not sure if they can do it properly ).

This apps deserve zero star from me. Their service is very bad and super slow! The landlord is very rude but the cs side with em anyway and took my booking money only to cancel it within minutes! I have to wait for refund for days and their cs is seriously not helping at all. They ignore my text both in whatsapp and group chat. This is such a disappointment! Bias! I will never use your apps anymore. Not worth it. Not worth a penny. Your CS sucks!
