The idea behind Speedhome is good. However, this app is terrible. It has a filter feature, but it doesn't work properly. It brings you a result outside of your query. And another issue is that most of the units listed on the app are either rented out or their landlords do not want to rent them out to some races.

Although I found a decent place to rent with no deposit, I must admit that it was very difficult to navigate the app especially when searching for properties as the filter and location keeps resetting for each search. Moreover, the owner, the customer service and the homerunner do not communicate with each other.

It's a good idea, but the whole Alicia thing is annoying. There shouldn't be an intermediary sending multiple messages. We are adults, we can manage communication. Also, I emailed about 20 people and got one response. They post a premium that the renter has to pay. The landlord should pay that fee... for that fee, you can just use airbnb.
