I'm a 23 year IT Administrator Professional. I've setup 100s of Modem/routers, from a multitude of Manufacturers. I had never purchased Any products from Speedefy before until April of 2021. It's a straight forward setup, using its Phone App to do the entirety of the initial Modem/Router setup. Then once that was complete, I logged onto its Website Management program to Fine Tune my additional settings. It was seemless and easy. I updated the Firmware, made Backups before n after. 5 Stars !!!!!

App needs improvement. Some options are missing that you would find directly in the router's web interface. The app has a nag of displaying an error message that there is no router linked. It goes away, but it is annoying that every single time I load the app it displays the same error.

CRASH, Worked fine for a while, upgraded our service provider with a different company and tried to get the router to sync to the new modem. Not happening, the app decides to crash everytime I open it to make the necessary changes to the router. Now I have no working router. If you're gonna have an app controlled product, make sure the app actually works.
