About this app

Speekoo is the new language learning app that challenges you to learn a NEW language! We tried to make it 10X faster, 10X more intuitive and 10X more motivating than anything else that exists today. And it's completely FREE.

6 languages are offered for now: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese and Japanese. But we plan to add new languages if you like it :)

Each language has more than 20 levels and each level has 12 lessons. To make the whole learning fun, each level is a city and each lesson represents a moment in your virtual travel.

We hope you'll like it, feel free to tell us what you think !

Great app! I've been using it off and on for the past while, and it's been doing quite well. I'd say it teaches at a decent pace, and it helps get the words in your head swiftly with repetition throughout levels. I do hope though, that you could perhaps add speech exercises, but it's not urgent. Thanks!

Not bad but I can't find a way to listen to vocabulary words I've learned. I can read the list but there's no audio when I click on them so I end up having to repeat entire lessons just to hear how a word sounds. Also there's a deafening "ding" noise every time you answer a question correctly which is annoying. No option to turn it off that I can find.

It's fine. I'm a duolingo user, so I'm more used to that format and prefer the variety of choice it has, both in terms of languages and the activities within a language. This is very linear and feels very constraining to me. And imo duo does a better job assessing your skill level and putting you at a good starting point. In this app the intermediate is too easy, and the hard is too hard, and they don't tell you why you got something wrong. But it's free and easy to use, so I'll keep it.
