App is convenient but there does not seem to be a way to change my address. It requires me to put my email in but the box does not work so I cannot save my address and it is a required item in order to save. There is no way to remove or change your credit card. Also there should be a time out where it logs you out. I removed the app entirely and it did not ask for my password when I reinstalled it. This is very insecure. I left the app in my phone for now so others can see this review.

Raising storage fees even when I'm in hardship. Now, adding $2 or $5, for those not enrolled in auto pay.

This is pretty much one of the worst apps I've ever used. Not user friendly. I called for help and worker told me it sucked too. I still can't figure out how to set up auto pay and apparently the app is the only way to get it done. Oh well I have better things to do with my life. I'm not gonna sit here and try to make your junk app work. I pay soooo much in rent to you as I'm sure other customers do...use some of that money to make a decent app please.
