This worked wonderfully for several months. Last month it rejected my payment, so I paid by phone. This month it said my last name is missing from credit card info. I uninstalled and reinstalled it twice, and, after re-entering cc info for two cards, still get same message. Please remedy this situation. Edit: after writing this review, I tried one last time to pay. It worked! However, it took two payments! Argh!

If you want to text a problem via this app, its texting and editing capabilities pretty much sucks. There is only one short line you can see at a time, and the way it scrolls up and down is just rediculously uncontrolable. All i did was set up my account and it would not allow me to put in my correct current email address. I get to try paying my bill next. I'll let you know how that goes around the 5th of next month

I really despise how I must pay full price when making a payment in the app and if late completely full price due. Why can't I break my payment up each month into smaller portions to make being low or fixed income able to have more affordable for those who can't make it in 1 blow.
