The hardware has worked marvelously... the app needs work. It is difficult to pair with the Venom controller. I'm not the worst at tech but there are times that I'm at a loss and whatever worked previously no longer works. I have to find another workaround etc. I have to close the app constantly, reconnect and then pray to get current temperatures. Every use is like an unboxing.

Pretty decent app, especially for a young company. Much better than other grill control apps I've tried. My only complaint is that if I do not have the app actively open, the temperatures won't be plotted in the app. You can look on the grill interface itself, but that's not nearly as interactive. Overall, UI could use a face-lift if you're into that, but does everything it says it does, except as mentioned. Update: App stability has SIGNIFICANTLY improved, plotting problems corrected. 5 stars.
