EDIT: this app is still non functional from 8/27 through 8/31. Unacceptable since it is required in order to not get a boot placed on your car overnight in my neighborhood.

APP DOESNOT WORK. WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO LOGIN AND SAYS USERNAME DOESNT EXIST.. CAUSED MY CAR TO GET BOOTED AND COST A FEE WHEN IM THE HOMEOWNER. UNACCEPTABLE. I CANT EVEN PARK IN MY OWN PARKING SPOT!!!!
