SPielatus – Your Game Night Organizer

You know the problem: Organizing a game night means endless messages across different chats, missed dates, and the eternal question "Who's available when?". SPielatus solves exactly that.

🎲 FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Propose multiple possible dates for your game night. Your fellow players sign up for the dates that work for them. Once the minimum number of participants is reached, the session is automatically confirmed – no more follow-ups needed. Optionally with waitlist support.

👥 GROUP-BASED ORGANIZATION
Create groups for your different gaming circles – whether it's the weekly game night or the big annual session. Manage members, assign roles, and decide who can create game rounds or comment. Groups can be public, closed, or completely private.

When creating a game round, you decide which of your groups it will be published to – or whether it should be publicly visible to everyone.

📊 POLLS & VOTING
Start polls directly in game rounds or in groups: Which game should we play? Who's bringing snacks? Which day should we meet? Three voting modes (single choice, top-3 ranking, multiple choice), anonymous voting possible, game options directly from BoardGameGeek or your group's collection.

🎲 INTEGRATION WITH BGG & BGSTATS
Link your BoardGameGeek account and bring all the game intelligence into the app:
• Your BGG collection is automatically imported and kept up to date
• Group collection: See which games are available in the group and who owns them
• Wish system: Mark games (including individual expansions) you'd like to play
• BGG poll options: Pick games with image and info directly from BGG
• BGStats import: Load a play file (.bgsplay) into a round – scores, winner and duration are taken over
• BGStats export: Log the result in BGStats with one tap – game, players, date and venue are pre-filled
• Record results manually: Even without BGStats, you can capture scores & winner directly

🔔 NOTIFICATIONS UNDER CONTROL
Over 40 configurable notification types keep you up to date – from new rounds in your groups to signups, waitlist movements and poll results, all the way to invitations and schedule conflicts. All granularly toggleable. The Action Center additionally bundles everything waiting for a decision from you.
