I will not recommend anyone to buy fitness gear from spike fitness. Material used are inferior in quality. I had purchsed Spike Tummy Trimmer Excerciser for ABS excercise. It broke down within couple of week only. Rubber at Paddling wherein one could hook their feet for ABS excercise are very delicate and torn very quickly. This cannot be fixed and had to be discarded once torn. It cost me around 1500 INR to purchase. I couldn't even use this for 15 days. Poor product oveall.
