Helps us find cars on the lot! Love it! I always get an error message the first time I press the directions button, but it doesn't get in the way too badly. Only issue is, sometimes it doesn't update (shows data from 20 minutes ago) and/or sends you in the opposite direction until you arrive, only to go "oops, OTHER end of the parking lot, says Google maps." On a 500-car lot, that sucks. But I appreciate having the option!

App is okay. It could use some updates to make it better, like logging off after a certain amount of time. If I don't log out out occassionally, it gives me an server error message. Maybe giving the app more options similar to the desktop version will help as well.

I got the latest version but every time I open the app it prompts me to update. How about you guys update... Update: almost 3 years later they finally feel like my comment actually had some merit. That's one thing I don't like about these big companies, they think they're so secure in their positioning becoming these mega conglomerates like kahu absorbing LoJack and now you don't really have much of an option and you're just stuck with what them.
