"Please wait" is the only thing you'll see when trying to get your boarding pass. It's. Slow. As. F. It also gave a weird error when trying to check in with confusing verbiage, and the closest I can get to making sense of it was that I owed them money? I had to check in on the web site and then let it hit their servers for about 30 minutes for it to show my boarding passes on this app.

App crashes and needs to be reloaded every time the screen locks or you switch back to it from a different app. I have no issue with them as an airline - the prices are great. But their IT systems seem subpar. Also, if my flight is associated with my frequent flyer number, and I'm logged into my account, why do I need to manually add the flight?

This app is very unstable. It is always slow to load, and sometimes it won't load at all. It's not uncommon for it to freeze after you have started to use it, which is very problematic when you are at the gate attempting to recall your boarding pass. You simply can't trust it. Booking reservations is also frustrating. You can't enter promo codes, and it often doesn't offer the same fares (or even all the same flights) as the full web site - which is also notoriously unreliable.
