App NEVER WORKS! Not worthy of even being reliable. Flight status changed again today twice, and I still can't even sign in without receiveng error msg. Did update which was useless, still can't even sign in let alone check flight status or print my boarding pass. Fire the person in charge of your app and hire a teenager who knows how to write a phone app! 1 star just because the app loads on the phone...but still doesn't work

I would've probably given it the full 5 stars, but it lacks the ability to add the flight to my calendar; I have to go to the Spirit website to have this ability. Also, the app can be a bit glitchy at times when clicking links and buttons. It just takes extra patience to deal with it but I eventually get where I'm needed in the app.

There is always a problem with these people, I have traveled with them a couple of times in the past, and every single time, there would be at least one thing going wrong with either the airline or the app. Either the flights get delayed to unacceptable levels or the app has some random issue, such as not loading the code for your boarding pass. I have almost missed my flight in the past because of their app not showing the proper information or not letting you access it whatsoever.
