Ratings and reviews

Functional but frustrating. "My Trips" doesn't keep flights you add to it. I've had to add my flight to the app everytime I want to check in, view the boarding or flight times, or board the flight. This means searching email, copying the conf. number, and pasting it in 6 times in the last 3 days. Also there is no way to share the fight or add the boarding pass to Google wallet. This app is one of many reasons that if it wasn't the only non-stop option I wouldn't fly spirit.

The best feature of the app was removed. It used to show additional dates and their prices when you entered your travel info. Now, I have to start all over from the beginning to see alternative dates&prices one at a time. Very frustrating! I greatly appreciated that your app WAS helpful with that feature. I really hope your web developers will bring that feature back. Please!

App glitches out randomly, and can cause issues displaying boarding passes at critical moments. Airline is also deceptive. Made me pay again at the gate for a bag I had already bought during booking. So paid more for bags than for the flight itself (low price being the top selling point of this carrier). Add 100 dollars to their online flight prices for each bag you have, to get an accurate price comparison with other airlines. And obviously, don't use them unless there's no other option.
