It took 2 hours to book a flight because the website kept kicking me off, requiring me to re-enter my information every time I looked away for a minute or so. I downloaded the app hoping it would be more stable and instead got kicked for "inactivity" when I was literally on the app filling out information. What actually happened was that someone else picked my seat out from under me and Spirit kicked me off. Genuinely the most frustrated I've ever been trying to buy something online.

"Please wait" is the only thing you'll see when trying to get your boarding pass. It's. Slow. As. F. It also gave a weird error when trying to check in with confusing verbiage, and the closest I can get to making sense of it was that I owed them money? I had to check in on the web site and then let it hit their servers for about 30 minutes for it to show my boarding passes on this app.

I love Spirit the airline. Service, schedule, price and availability have been great in the years that I have used it. This app though can really use some tender care. Once I sign in, my upcoming flight is not prepopulated. I still have to look up my flight confirmation. Once I did that, checking in and it will check on my completed leg. That's two bad things. Check in again and the boarding pass won't have the barcode. Had to go back to their website on a computer and hit the print button. Sigh
