A fantastic app we use in the office to let our IT department remote in on our desktops and phones. For the record, if you do not know and trust the person you're letting connect to your devices, you should not be letting them connect to your devices. Do NOT install this if someone is promising you some sort of refund. If THEY called YOU, hang up and call the official phone number for that company. It is not Splashtop's fault that scammers were given access to your devices, be safe and be smart.

Warning, don't get scammed. Scammer tried to get me to install this app to get a PayPal refund so they could steal money. This app has no security of your information. Don't let anyone have remote access to your phone, they will ask if you have Apple or Android phone, doesn't work for iPhone because there's no remote access.

My phone was targeted for hacking through this app. Hackers requested I install and use it to compromise my device and steal my data, including my banking information! This app facilitates hacking; please be cautious.
